As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, we’re able to offer manufacturers warranties that include significant protection for your whole system:

• Standard Product Warranty: Includes Oak Ridge wind warranty for winds up to 110 mph (or 130 mph warranty with six nails and starters on eaves and rakes). 10-year non-prorated, pays for material and labor, not tear-off and disposal. Only covers OC material on roof. Proration starts in 11 years, after which materials assume lifetime warranty protection.
• System Protection Warranty: True 50-year non-prorated period against manufacturer defects, including labor, tear off, material, and disposal plus option to transfer to next homeowner for $100. Applicable only to Oakridge or higher quality shingles plus two accessories, along with Owens Corning Hip and Ridge. (Additional $3/square.)
• Preferred Production Warranty: A 50-year, non-prorated period against manufacturer defects plus a 10-year workmanship warranty. Applicable only to Oakridge or higher quality shingles plus three accessories, along with Owens Corning Hip and Ridge. (Additional $8/square.)
