This company goes above and beyond expectations! They work to make a not so pleasant experience be very tolerable. They work with you to understand what is needed and help every step of the way on your roofing needs. My husband and I were hit by a couple of high wind storms. This caused damage to our roof, gutters, and our siding. Advanced Restoration was able to do all of the repairs! We were beyond happy with all the work this company has done. I would highly recommend them.5

I had called 2 other companies to check a leak on my roof. Left a message and after a week, no response. Even called several times with no answer. I was recommended Advanced Restorations through FB, called, and they were in my attic 2 hrs later. 15 minutes of climbing in and out of the attic and the roof, problem has been fixed. Mark Frye is very professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent experience!5

He showed up! Half the battle anymore is getting someone to just show up. Mark was on time and did a thorough roof inspection. In our case our roof was ok and he reassured us. That’s worth gold. No sales pitches no pressure. I will definitely have him back in the future. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days. Mark is former military and I am grateful for that, but I also I trust him completely.5

Advanced Restorations stands behind their product but also their service. They did a thorough inspection of my roof and presented diagrams with over 70 pictures to my insurance company of the hail damage my roof sustained. During such a busy season with storms and bad weather they had my new roof on within a few days and my yard cleared from old material. Their customer service in dealing with my insurance company was beyond excellence. My insurance company first tried to low ball the cost it would take to replace a roof. After the work was completed, and my insurance company finally paid the depreciated replacement cost, they refused to pay the final $1000. Advanced once again stepped in, this time with their attorney at no cost to me. They have had my back through this whole process that began in May 2022. Their employees in the field (Mark Frye) and those in the office (Jared Mason & Dani) were amazing; keeping me updated through the process. Thank you Advanced Restorations for all you have done.5

I recommend Mark Frye and Advanced Restorations to anyone. Great communication and great work ethic on everyone's part. Process was just as explained with no concerns. Mark Frye was excellent, professional, and patient with our questions. He worked well with our insurance company. Work crew was detailed oriented and fast. Clean up was perfection. Roof replacement and gutter replacement was scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
